Conjectural adaptation of the rules

abstract: you can update and resend stage2 betsheet before quarters, with correct teams. 

Due to a tsunami of complaints, and based on the conclusions of an outsourced audit, it has been decided to arrange the PL2010 rules. Slightly. There is another reason: many players forgot to send stage2 betsheet or sent it incomplete, this causes a problem for completing next steps of the game so...

Art 5. (ii) is changed. Instead of:

Art 5.  Stage 2: Round of 16 to final (June 26th to July 11th)

(ii) (new) Players can send an updated sheet once, during round of 16. Only not started matches will be considered. Subsequent matches of match already started won’t be updated neither.

the new rule is

(ii corr.) Players can send an updated sheet twice.

        a.("week-end management") during round of 16: only not filled and started matches will be updated.

        b. ("still hope") before beginning of quarters (Friday july 2nd, 4pm CET). Teams names can be different from its first bets, in order to pick among qualified teams. All bets from quarters to the final have to be completed at this time, no other update possible.
