The rules they are a-changin'

As many of you have noticed, this year, due to many factors (2 points per perfect score, surprises, your experience) the results are very tight. We can predict at the end of stage 1, your points will all stand between 15 and 30. So maybe 4 points per winning team during stage 2 is a little bit too much. My computations say that it would create a min-max difference of ~ 24 points for 8th and quarters. 10 matches would have almost double effect than 48 matches, that's not good.

So here are the changes, Art 5. (iv) revised:

Each quarter and semifinalist correctly found name gives 2 points. Finalists and 
the name of the winner give 3 points each.
